While the exterior structure reflects the traditional craftsmanship of half-timbered construction, the interior surprises with high-quality and comfortable furnishings. A special highlight is the cozy fireplace in the living room, which provides an ideal backdrop for relaxed evenings. Outside, a well-maintained garden with a fire pit and two terraces with seating invite you to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the expansive landscape. Here also stands the old medlar, or “Mispel”, tree. It is the last of its kind in Tecklenburg and the namesake of the holiday apartment. Located on the ground floor of the house, this apartment is the ideal place for those seeking historic charm and modern luxury in an idyllic setting.

Non-smoking accommodation: To ensure a fresh and pleasant atmosphere for everyone, smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. We kindly ask you to use the designated smoking areas outside the apartment.

- Confirmation and invoicing: Once we have received your request, we will get back to you as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation of your booking along with the invoice for your stay. We will send this to you conveniently by email.
- Payment: Once you have received the invoice, pay using your preferred payment method. We offer various payment options to make the process as easy and convenient as possible: Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal.
- Payment confirmation and anticipation of your visit: After we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation. Now everything is ready for your visit! We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment and hope that you will have a pleasant and relaxing stay with us.
