With our accommodation, we aim to provide you with the basis for carefree and relaxed days. To ensure this is always possible, it is necessary for our guests to be familiar with and adhere to the house rules. Quiet Hours
In our vacation accommodation, public quiet hours, such as midday rest and Sundays, must be observed. Additionally, out of consideration and in the spirit of being good neighbors, nightly quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00 are to be observed.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in our vacation accommodation or throughout the entire building. Please use designated smoking areas outside and utilize ashtrays. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 500 euros. Please dispose of completely extinguished cigarette butts in the general waste. If there are any burns or holes, please report them promptly to us as the landlord. As the tenant, you are responsible for covering the repair costs for any damages incurred.

Internet
Complimentary internet access is provided in our vacation accommodation. You can find the access code in the information booklet and at several locations within the apartment. The use of this internet access is at your own risk. We, as the landlords, assume no liability for any of your activities on the internet.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in our vacation apartment, with the exception of assistance animals, of course. Please ensure that your pet does not cause any damage to the vacation accommodation. Additionally, it is your responsibility to clean up any mess caused by your pet. Also, please note that leash laws apply in certain areas of the house and surroundings.

Visitors
For safety reasons, a maximum of 12 people are allowed to be present in the vacation accommodation. Visitors must also adhere to these house rules. Visitors are individuals invited by tenants to temporarily visit the apartment during the day. Tenants are fully responsible for all visitors. Overnight stays by visitors are not permitted.

Tenants are responsible for the behavior of their visitors and must ensure that they adhere to all rules of the house. Violations of the house rules by visitors can be treated as violations by the tenants themselves.

Failure to comply with this regulation, particularly in the case of overnight stays by visitors without consent, gives the landlord the right to take appropriate measures. This can range from a warning to immediate termination of the lease, depending on the severity of the violation.

Events and Parties
Large events and parties are generally prohibited in our vacation apartment. Any gathering of multiple people in our vacation accommodation must adhere to the respective conditions of these house rules.

Waste Separation and Disposal
As we are obligated to separate waste, we kindly ask you to also separate waste in our vacation accommodation. Suitable disposal options are provided for organic waste, paper, plastic, general waste, and glass. New garbage bags are also available in the vacation accommodation, which you should use as needed. Additionally, never dispose of food scraps, trash, or hygiene items in the toilet or other drains. Dispose of your waste only in the designated containers.

For organic waste, paper, plastic, and general waste, containers are available in the kitchen. If needed, you can find large disposal bins outside, to the left of the bicycle shed behind the wooden partition. Please collect glass in the designated box in the storage room.

Safety
For safety reasons, all entrance doors of the vacation accommodation must remain closed at all times. Additionally, all entrance doors must be locked with a key when leaving the house. Windows should also be closed when leaving the vacation accommodation. In terms of fire safety, ensure that escape routes are not blocked. Also, heating, lighting, and other devices should always be turned off when not in use. This also applies to electrical appliances.

Ventilation
For infection control purposes, it is necessary to ventilate the vacation accommodation adequately. Open the windows several times a day for 5 to 10 minutes. This helps prevent mold formation effectively.

Outdoor Area
Items in the outdoor area, such as umbrellas or similar, should be closed in case of strong wind and overnight to prevent damage and ensure your safety.

Grilling/Fireplace
Facilities with open fire should only be used by adults. After cooling down, dispose of ashes and other remnants in the general waste.

Safe
There is a securely mounted safe in the storage room, which can be used for valuables. When closing the safe, a 4-digit code is required. If you forget the combination, please contact the landlord by phone.

Parking
Designated parking spaces for your car are available for your stay in our vacation accommodation. Please ensure that you do not block other vehicles, neighbors, or sidewalks when parking. Additionally, one of our parking spaces is equipped with an 11 kW wallbox, which can be used by our guests for a fee. Please also note that we, as the landlords, are not liable for the vehicle and its contents parked in the parking lot. If you need additional parking spaces, several public paid parking spaces are within walking distance on the main street “Am Weingarten”.

Cleaning
You are responsible for cleaning the vacation accommodation during your stay. Suitable cleaning supplies and equipment are provided in the vacation accommodation. Additionally, some cleaning tasks are required before departure. These are listed in the “Arrival and Departure” section.

Damages
Any damages that occur in the vacation accommodation should be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. Minor damages will be deducted from the security deposit. However, for major damages to the equipment or the vacation accommodation, you as the tenant are liable with your private liability insurance. To avoid damages, please refrain from moving furniture and avoid other potential hazards.

Keys
Upon arrival, you will receive 4 keys for the vacation accommodation. Please never hand over the keys. If you lose the keys, please report this to us immediately. The cost of replacing the keys will then be 30 euros, which you as the tenant will bear.

Arrival and Departure
To ensure that the vacation accommodation is optimally prepared for our guests, you can check in from 4 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the vacation accommodation must be vacated by 10 am and left in a tidy condition. This includes:

• Empty and dry the refrigerator
• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning process
• Dispose of any remaining food
• Clean any used appliances and facilities, if necessary
• Store used furniture neatly
• Turn off electrical appliances (except refrigerator)
• Sweep the rooms used in the vacation accommodation
• Lock all doors and windows (if not already locked)

These house rules are intended to ensure that you can enjoy a pleasant and safe stay in our vacation accommodation. Compliance with the house rules is essential. A violation of these house rules constitutes a violation of the rental conditions set out in the rental agreement.
